Our XA27159534 is the replacement middle seal for the EMF20 Edwards Vacuum Oil Mist Filter A46229000.   Our XA27159534 is identical to the OEM A27159534.  We also supply the mist element AX22304199 and the odor element AX22304077.  All parts are identical to the Edwards parts and will fit your Edwards A42669000 filter.  We can also recondition the EMF20 oil mist filters for you.
