Ionization Gauge Tubes

We have a variety of Bayard-Alpert, Broad Range, and Triode style glass enveloped ionization gauges that are identical or equivalent to the AMAT, Axcelis, Novellus, Agilent, MRC, Ulvac, and MKS gauges. Our ionization gauges are available in single iridium or twin tungsten filaments and in 1”, ¾”, and .709” Pyrex glass or Kovar tubulation with optional flanges for Kovar tubulated gauges. Bayard Alpert 3/4"

Our 3/4″ BA gauges are supplied with glass or Kovar tubulation and with twin tungsten or iridium coated filaments. Gauges can also be mounted on a flange.  See our Ionization Gauge Operating Details.

Our 1″ BA gauges are supplied with glass or Kovar tubulation and with twin tungsten or iridium coated filaments. Gauges can also be mounted on a flange. See our Ionization Gauge Operating Details.

Broad Range Pt Coated

Our Broad Range gauges have coated iridium filaments with a Pt coating to minimize the electrostatic charge.  Choose between glass or Kovar tubulation and with or without a flange mounting.

Choose from .709″, .509″, 15mm or 18mm gauges that have glass or Kovar tubulation with twin tungsten or iridium coated filaments.
