Our XA27159536 is the replacement middle seal for the EMF3 Edwards Vacuum Oil Mist Filter A46220000.   Our XA27159536 is identical to the OEM A27159536.  We also supply the mist element XA22304197 and the odor element XA22304081.  All parts are identical to the Edwards parts and will fit your Edwards A46222000 filter.  We can also recondition the EMF3 oil mist filters for you.
