Nude, UHV Gauge, Twin Tungsten Filaments, 2 3/4″ Flange, MKS Style
Our GU21T UHV nude gauge has a stainless steel UHV grid, a 0.005" collector wire, and twin tungsten filaments mounted on a 2 3/4" flange. It is a drop in replacement for the MKS 274022 UHV nude gauges. We can also supply the GF24 replacement filaments for this gauge which have two tungsten filaments mounted on ceramic support.
