Fil-Tech's GU580T is a Broad Range Bayard Alpert gauge with a hairpin iridium filament on a 2 3/4" conflat flange. It is a drop in replacement for the Agilent L5150302 gauge with a range from 1 x10-1 to 4 x 10-10 Torr. See our Nude Ionization Gauge Cross Reference.
