Chemours Krytox greases are totally perfluorinated polyether fluids (PFPF) that are suitable for harsh environments associated with semiconductor processes. EG greases are inert and suitable for applications requiring high temperature stability and low vapor pressure. EG3000 grease has a temperature range of -29C/316C with a viscosity at 40C of 440cSt and a vapor pressure at 40C of 6 x 10-9 Torr. See Krytox Electronic Grade specifications.
