Bakeable Single Sensor Mounted on 2 3/4″ Flange

Our Bakeable Sensor Heads are for UHV and High Temperature process up to 300C.  The coaxial connection is sealed inside a rigid 3/16" OD stainless steel tube with cable included. Cooling lines are 3/16" OD to maximize cooling.  Custom orders available with your choice of feedthrough and sensor head. See our QI1200 Bakeable sensor head.
