Our TC6M thermocouple gauge is widely used in the industry. The Fil-Tech TC6M, is a drop in replacement for the Teledyne Hastings DV-6M, Brooks 270006, Novellus 60-00005-00, & AMAT 3310-00236 thermocouple gauge.
