Sensor Head, Single Head With Shutter

Our QI5000 is a Single Sensor Head with Shutter. The shutter assembly uses a pneumatically powered actuator to move the position of the shutter. The bellows and springs inside the air actuator are mechanical components that will operate up to 500,000 actuations before wearing out. See our Actuator Troubleshooting Guide. The sensor head is weld free for no water leaks and standard with a Microdot connector and (3) 30" long 1/8" OD stainless steel tubing lines.  See our QI5000 Single Sensor with Shutter.
