Chemours Krytox oils are totally perfluorinated polyether fluids (PFPF) that are suitable for harsh environments associated with semiconductor processes. They are chemically inert, thermally stable, oxygen resistant and nonflammable. Krytox 143AC is an aerospace grade oil with viscosity of 270cSt at 38C and vapor pressure of 6 x 10-8 Torr at 38C.
