Chemours Krytox greases are totally perfluorinated polyether fluids (PFPF) that are suitable for harsh environments associated with semiconductor processes. LVP, Low Vapor Pressure High-Vacuum grease is inert and suitable for applications requiring extremely low vapor pressure and high or low temperatures.
