Filter Element, Activated Alumina And Pleated Paper, Leybold Style

Our XAP18999 canned filter uses Beaded Activated Aluminium Oxide and Pleated Paper for filter media and is a drop in replacement for the Leybold 18999 filter. It will remove particulate down to 10 microns in size and has a bypass valve that opens when the pressure exceeds 36 psi. The XAP18999 is ideal for use in nitride processes that generate large amounts of particulate. Try our mechanical pump filters for savings and quality.
